Biography
Courtney grew up in West Vancouver and has lived in many Vancouver neighbourhoods. She began her Real Estate career working in sales and Marketing for new developments for many of the top developers in the industry including Epta, Cressey, Amacon, Citimark, Grosvenor.
Courtney was responsible for area research, and for developing specific marketing strategies for each of the developments. Courtney’s experience has enhanced her sales and negotiation skills and developed her strong knowledge and attention to detail within the industry.
Courtney's analytical skills ensure that their clients' properties are priced precisely, ensuring the optimal success for the sale of their home. She is constantly on top of the area statistics to assist in negotiations. Courtney has assisted hundreds of families and individuals through the home buying process.
Courtney Otto was the recipient of the Oakwyn Realty Sales Achievement award for 2017.
